We increase mental health literacy across all age groups, with a focus on youth, professionals, and vulnerable communities.
Broadcast and Webinars: Cover topics such as depression, anxiety, trauma healing, emotional intelligence, and self-esteem.
Emotional Health Guides: Publish blog posts, videos, and downloadable materials on topics such as stress, grief, burnout, and more.
We embed mental health messaging and support within HugDayEvent’s programmes and public events.
Onsite Counselling Booths: Offer real-time emotional support at major events.
Mental Health Talks: Include counselling-related sessions during conferences, festivals, and broadcasts.
Storytelling Series: Encourage individuals to share personal stories of healing and growth to inspire others.
