  1. In my teen years, there was a moment I sold my mobile phones to stay focused on the most important things.

    In 2017, I stopped listening to political analysis on the TV because it arouses negative emotions in me. I don’t want to hate anyone.

    I unfollowed the most popular news blog in this country because I found their content unhealthy for me.

    Last year, I simply blocked a person who kept posting the same news I avoided on the TV.

    I have also learnt to say No in business. One step at a time because life is short.
